Let's Start at the Very Beginning

On my 8th birthday, I was given a birthday gift that influenced me monumentally: my first diary. As an only child, I didn't have anyone my age to talk to around the house. I used my diary as an outlet and wrote in it as if it were my best friend. This is, I believe, where my love for sketching, doodling, dreaming, and writing comes from.
